Mac Meeting Minutes

The meeting was brought to order by President Bobbie Batchelder at 2:03 pm.  There were 22 present which included no new members and 2 guests. Bobbie welcomed all to the meeting.  

Sgt.Tom Gray from the LHCPD  then lead a presentation on their new Police app and took question along the way.  for iPhones and ipads.  This new app has many features available including reporting a crime, vacation watch request, traffic incident report requests and a couple of fun ones: Traffic tipTuesday and Flashback Friday..
An answer will be forthcoming concerning the apps compatibility with the Mac computers.  
Det. Brian Madsen also from LHCPD lead a discussion on fraud.  He suggests if one becomes suspicious of an request asking for money or your personal information call the police dept with any pertinent information. 

Det Madsen suggests running credit reports every 3-4 months @ or go to each company individually TransUnion, Experian and Equifax. These companies will give an individual 1 free credit report annually.   
If your identity is stolen report it to the police and contact the  FTC  @

Our next meeting will be held Feb. 14 with the probable subject being  pass codes.

The all attendee raffle was then conducted by Bill with 5 winners. The last members only raffle was completed with 2 winners. The meeting was adjourned at  3:45 by President Bobbie.
