• From South HWY. 95: turn right (away from the lake) onto Swanson Ave. Continue on Swanson about 6 blocks and the property is located on the right side.
  
• From I-40: Take AZ Exit #9 (Lake Havasu City/Parker).  There will be a Pilot gas station/Wendy’s.  Continue for 25 miles until you reach Swanson Avenue.
  Turn left and stay on Swanson about 6 blocks and the property is located on the right side.
