brown in color with no license plates. He may
have grown a beard and has reportedly attempted to
alter his appearance. His current location
is unknown and he may have fled the Lake Havasu area
after the 7-year old victim reported the crimes. Ortega
allegedly molested the victim numerous times over
the last several months while he lived with her and
her family. He has ties to the Riverside County,
California area. There is a valid arrest warrant
issued by the Mohave County Superior Court on Ortega
with a bond of $150,000.
