Offense(s): Harlan Lee Ritz served 11 years in Arizona Department of Corrections for Sexual Conduct with a Minor. A report was filed with the Lake Havasu City Police Department in July of 1991 that lead to the arrest of Ritz for Attempted Sexual Conduct with a Minor, a Class 3 Felony, when Ritz solicited a 10 year old female he did not know. In August of 1991, approximately two weeks later, another report was filed with the Lake Havasu City Police Department charging Ritz with the repeated molestation of a 10 year old female victim and for Ritz's participation in the molestation of a 9 year old male victim.

As a result of this conviction Poulack is required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Morgan and two other male subjects who falsely identified themselves as police officers pulled the victim from her vehicle, held her down and raped her in the jurisdiction of the Lake Havasu City Police Department. The victim was dragged several feet by her hair, bitten and taunted during the attack. Morgan served four years in Arizona Department of Corrections for this crime, and has since been released, and will be Registered as a Sex Offender for the term of his natural life.

Offense(s): In 2009 Sheperd was convicted of two counts of Attempted Exploitation of a Minor. Lake Havasu City Police Department was notified by a detective in Keene, New Hampshire ( working undercover on line, posing as a teenage male), that he received solicitous correspondences and child pornography from Sheperd who resides in Lake Havasu City. Sheperd represented himself as a 21 year old male living in Lake Havasu City, Az. as he corresponded with the undercover officer on line. Sheperd will be required to wear a GPS Tracking Device for the next 10 years and will be a registered sex offender for the remainder of his life.

Offense(s): In 2000 Zanghi was convicted of Course Sexual Conduct Against a Child, in New York, when his six year old adopted son reported he had been molested by Zanghi for a period of three years. During the period of molestation force and threats were used to control the victim. Zanghi was released from prison in January 2009 and will be supervised by Arizona State Parole for the next five years.

Offense(s): n 1999, (at the age of 14) Harris was convicted for Sexually Assaulting his 9-year-old half sister. Upon his release from a juvenile detention facility in 2002, Harris moved to Lake Havasu City where he registered as a non-notifiable sex-offender. In 2007, Harris was arrested by the Lake Havasu City Police Department for failing to comply with offender registration requirements, and was sentenced to prison. Harris was recently released, and has been re-assessed as a notifiable sex offender as the result of his new conviction.

The victim was visiting a Lake Havasu City hotel with her family when she met Cavazos who became inappropriate during which time he fondled her breasts and vagina. At some point during the offense, Cavazos exposed his penis.

Offense(s): Simmons was convicted in 2000 at the Lake County, Illinois Court for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse after she participated in unlawful sexual acts including intercourse with her ex live-in boyfriend's adolescent son and his 14-year old friend. According to legal documents, portions of the acts were videotaped by each of the boys separately as the other had sex with Simmons. Alcohol was involved during the offense. In 2008, Simmons was prosecuted after she failed to comply with offender registration requirements in the state of Florida.
