A report was filed with the Lake Havasu City Police Department in July of 1991 that lead to the arrest of Ritz for Attempted Sexual Conduct with a Minor, a Class 3 Felony, when Ritz solicited a 10 year old female he did not know. In August of 1991, approximately two weeks later, another report was filed with the Lake Havasu City Police Department charging Ritz with the repeated molestation of a 10 year old female victim and for Ritz's participation in the molestation of a 9 year old male victim.

Morgan and two other male subjects who falsely identified themselves as police officers pulled the victim from her vehicle, held her down and raped her in the jurisdiction of the Lake Havasu City Police Department. The victim was dragged several feet by her hair, bitten and taunted during the attack. Morgan served four years in Arizona Department of Corrections for this crime, and has since been released, and will be Registered as a Sex Offender for the term of his natural life.

Offense(s): In 2009 Sheperd was convicted of two counts of Attempted Exploitation of a Minor. Lake Havasu City Police Department was notified by a detective in Keene, New Hampshire ( working undercover on line, posing as a teenage male), that he received solicitous correspondences and child pornography from Sheperd who resides in Lake Havasu City. Sheperd represented himself as a 21 year old male living in Lake Havasu City, Az. as he corresponded with the undercover officer on line. Sheperd will be required to wear a GPS Tracking Device for the next 10 years and will be a registered sex offender for the remainder of his life.
