Todd is hands on with integrity and customer satisfaction being top priorities. Todd served his apprenticeship with a prominent Scottsdale, AZ. builder absorbing his extensive 40 yr. construction knowledge. Todd’s degree is in banking and real estate, providing him a grounded background.
Debra K. Pauley, Project Coordinator has partnered with Todd Sherburn on his real estate ventures. Debra’s degree is in business management and maintains an Arizona Broker’s license with extensive real estate sales. Debra shares great enthusiasm in the building process from plan selection to the final walk through providing personalized services including the selection of interior finishes, landscaping, aqua-scapes and more. Our goal is to create a custom residence that incorporates elegance, comfort and function. Debra is a volunteer for Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Arizona.
